RERDA’s Section 3 forbids Sale or Marketing of a Real Estate Project without registration with RERA. Without registering the real estate project with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority established under this Act any plot, apartment or building, in any real estate project or part of it in any planning area and the promoter is not allow to book, sell, advertise or market it. He cannot ask persons to purchase or sell it any way.
